Rachel Curtis Gravesen

Rachel Curtis Gravesen is the founder of Curtis Consult and a senior advisor to life science companies on investor relations and all aspects of strategic communication. She brings nearly 30 years of international experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, capital markets communication, and journalism.

She previously served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Genmab, where she led investor relations and all aspects of corporate communication and was a member of the Global Leadership Team during a period of significant growth and expansion of the international investor base.

Earlier, she held roles at Novo Nordisk and in biotech companies and began her career as a journalist with the BBC and CNBC Europe.

Through Curtis Consult, she works directly with leadership teams on investor relations, corporate communication, and stakeholder engagement—particularly around key moments such as financing, clinical milestones, and IPO preparation and during transformational change.
